Using Google Earth and Google Street View (S.V) on your laptop to zoom through the streets and explore is worth all the effort.
Years ago I was planning a trip and used Google Street View or S.V and by doing so found better accommodation available than what was online, so now people can zoom around your town online, of course it can't hurt being Street View ready, where are they now?
